There are Veterans from all branches of our military living in The Villages and the surrounding community. The Parady Cares Foundation partners with local organizations to provide support and encouragement to our Vets.

Parady’s Tribute to Veterans is one of our Foundation’s largest events. This year it will be held on Friday, November 10th 2017 from 5-9 PM at Paddock Square, Brownwood. We encourage you to join us for live entertainment, patriotic performances, and many other activities in honor of our Vets.  

We welcome military groups and patriotic performers to show honor, respect, and appreciation for our deserving Veterans. The Villages Nomads open the event, local elementary school children recite our Pledge of Allegiance, local Jr. ROTC members escort and salute our Veteran’s followed by patriotic entertainment throughout the night.

The proceeds raised benefit Villages Honor Flight (VHF) the local chapter of Honor Flight Network, serving the Central Florida counties of Lake, Sumter, Marion, Citrus, and Hernando. Since 2011 VHF has made it possible for over 900 Veterans to participate in the traditional Honor Flight or the Flightless Honor Flight program. Parady Cares Foundation Director Cindy Nazzaro states “This celebration is focused on bringing our community together in appreciation of all Veterans to acknowledge their service to our country.” SAVE THE DATE and join us for this memorable event.
